This film was produced to meet the demand of professional organizations and training institutes, and to support the actors of the agricultural world in the application of new government measures in favor of agroforestry projects.
The film is built in two parts
Part 1: "Route to sustainable exploitation" - 4mn23
This part traces the route of an "fictitious" agroforestry operation, from 1990 to 2040.
Its aim is to present in a concise manner the main challenges of agroforestry in the foreseeable economic and social context over the next 50 years.
The themes of biodiversity, soil erosion, biomass, carbon storage and global warming are addressed in the context of production in a context of the depletion of oil and its derivatives and the increase of the world population.
Part 2: Reporting - 10mn55
This second part takes up the themes discussed in part 1 and questions the credibility of agroforestry practices, as one of the components of current agroecological practices (AC, AB, TCS etc...). It draws up a rapid state of knowledge and sets out the constraints and prospects for the years to come.
